How long will the qualification take? This qualification will take around six weeks to complete. AAT qualifications are recognized by employers as practical and technical qualifications that prepare students for the world of work and for working specifically in accountancy and finance roles. The Foundation Award in Accounting Software can lead to employment as: Clerical Assistant Trainee Bookkeeper Accounts Clerk Finance Assistant Accounts Administrator Cost Private tutor fees: TBC Paid to training provider. These fees vary widely depending on: Classroom-based or distance learning Amount of study materials and support provided Assessment fees: £70 – £80 per assessment Paid to your training provider or AAT Approved assessment venue. These fees will vary depending on the training provider or assessment venue. Check whether these are included in your overall training provider fees. Professional body AAT fees: £48 Paid to AAT. This payment will give you access to the qualification and the ability to sit the assessments for a maximum of 12 months or until you complete the qualification, whichever comes first.
